we work primarily on transactions over aed 10m, with our average ticket around aed 18m. smaller mandates are considered on a case-by-case basis.

most of our inventory is shared privately with introduced clients. once you're known to us, we'll share a curated shortlist matched to your brief.

yes. roughly two-thirds of our buyers are based outside the uae. we handle viewings remotely, coordinate inspections, and structure transactions for non-resident purchasers.
