Aura 2 originally featured a layout that, while functional, felt constrained for modern family living. The semi-open kitchen design and centrally positioned island limited the flow between the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas, resulting in a narrower living space that many families found restrictive for both everyday use and entertaining.
Our vision was to unlock the full potential of the home by creating a more spacious, practical, and luxurious living environment. The layout was carefully reconfigured to improve circulation, enhance sightlines, and maximise the feeling of openness throughout the property.
At the heart of the transformation is a brand-new German-designed kitchen, selected for its superior quality, functionality, and contemporary aesthetic. The upgraded kitchen creates a seamless connection with the living areas, forming a true open-plan space suited to modern family life.
Externally, the garden was completely reimagined as a private resort-style retreat. A Bali-inspired swimming pool was introduced alongside a bespoke barbecue station and outdoor entertainment area, complete with an integrated television, creating the perfect setting for both relaxation and social gatherings.
Each of the five bedrooms was individually designed and fitted with custom-made beds, while recessed ceiling details and architectural track lighting were incorporated to elevate the overall atmosphere and create a refined hotel-inspired feel. To further enhance the sense of space, a bespoke copper-tinted mirrored feature wall was installed on the upper landing, reflecting natural light and adding a sophisticated design statement.
The second-floor space was transformed into a versatile entertainment zone, featuring a fully recessed 120-inch projector screen. Designed with flexibility in mind, this space can function as a private cinema, family media room, or an additional bedroom depending on the owner's requirements.
The bathrooms were comprehensively remodelled to deliver a more luxurious living experience. The home now benefits from two master-suite bathrooms, each finished to a premium standard with contemporary fittings and fixtures from BAGNO, creating elegant and functional spaces that complement the overall design language of the property.
The result is a complete transformation of Aura 2 into a modern family home that combines intelligent design, premium finishes, and resort-style living, significantly enhancing both its lifestyle appeal and long-term value.
